  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 14 business days

Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping carrier. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier issues.

  • Free shipping may be available for orders over 1,000 USD (if applicable).

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • If a package is refused due to customs fees, shipping charges will not be refunded.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been shipped.

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging for resolution.

9. Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be modified once they have been shipped.

  • If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing the order.
